I'm hopeless with computers. Is that a problem?
No, it's the point. You do two phone calls and take photos of your work. We do everything else, then walk you through it on the Friday call until you're comfortable. If you can use your phone, you can run this.
What do I actually own at the end?
All of it. The domain and website, the Google profile, the ServiceM8 or Tradify account, Xero, Stripe, supplier accounts. Everything is registered in your name with your logins. We're the setup crew, not the landlord.
Why are you cheaper than the web agencies?
Because the setup isn't where we make our money, and we're not padding it. We'd rather get you running for a fair one-off price and earn the monthly by being genuinely useful. Agencies charge $2,000 or more for the website alone and then charge again every time you sneeze.
What if I already have an ABN or a half-done website?
Even better, we skip what's done and fix what isn't. The price doesn't change much either way. Bring whatever you've got to the first call.
Does the phone answering sound like a robot?
It's smart answering, and we're upfront with your callers, not sneaky. What matters is the customer gets an answer and you get their details by text within seconds, instead of them ringing the next tradie on the list. You'll hear it yourself on the first call and can decide if it's for you.
I'm not in Canberra. Can you still do it?
The setup is done remotely, so yes. Canberra and surrounds get first priority while we're small, because we like doing handovers properly. If you're elsewhere, get in touch anyway and we'll be straight with you about timing.
